2. How do I choose the correct nail size?
We recommend checking the sizing information provided on each product page before placing your order. For the best fit, measure the widest part of your natural nails and compare your measurements with our available size chart.

3. Are your press-on nails reusable?
Yes! With proper application, gentle removal, and careful storage, our press-on nails can be reused multiple times. Reusability depends on how the nails are applied, removed, and maintained.
4. How long do press-on nails last?
Wear time depends on your nail preparation, the adhesive you use, and your daily activities. Proper preparation and application can help your press-on nails stay secure for longer. Always follow the adhesive manufacturer's instructions.
5. Can I customize my nail designs?

6. How do I place an order?

7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Available payment options may vary depending on your location and the payment services supported by our website.
8. Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, you may request a cancellation or order modification within the following timeframes:
- Order Cancellation (Within 24 Hours): You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided production has not started.
- Order Modification (Within 48 Hours): You may request changes to your nail design, nail size, or shipping address within 48 hours of placing your order, provided it is still eligible for modification.
Because many SugarNailArt products are handmade and made-to-order, production may begin shortly after your order is confirmed. Once production has started, cancellations or modifications may no longer be possible. Orders that have already shipped cannot be directly canceled or modified.
All requests are subject to review and confirmation. If your order is already in production or has shipped, our team will review what assistance may be available.

Shipping & Delivery
9. Where does SugarNailArt ship?
SugarNailArt offers shipping within the United States and to supported international destinations worldwide. Shipping availability is confirmed during checkout.
10. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates depend on your delivery destination and order value.
United States Shipping:
- Standard Shipping: $7.99 – Applies to US orders under $75.
- Free Standard Shipping: Orders $75+ – Available for eligible orders shipped within the United States.
International Shipping:
- Standard International Shipping: $11.99 – Applies to orders shipped outside the United States.
- Free International Shipping: Currently not available, regardless of order value.
Shipping eligibility and final charges are determined at checkout. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
11. How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Each nail set is carefully prepared to help ensure product quality.
Processing time does not include shipping time. Production or processing may take longer during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
12. How long does delivery take?
Estimated shipping times vary depending on your destination:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 7–12 business days
- Canada: 10–12 business days
- Australia: 12–15 business days
- Other Destinations: 10–20 business days
These are estimated shipping times after dispatch and do not include the 1–2 business day processing period. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
13. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available. You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.
14. Why hasn't my tracking information updated?
Tracking information may take some time to update after your package has been handed over to the carrier. International shipments may also experience gaps between tracking updates.
If your shipment appears delayed or tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us at support@sugarnaiart.com for assistance.
Returns, Refunds & Order Issues
15. Can I return or exchange my press-on nails?
SugarNailArt offers a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your order to submit a return request.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging and included accessories, where applicable.
Used or applied press-on nails cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Personalized or custom-made products may also be subject to specific return restrictions.
All returns require prior approval from our customer support team. Please do not send products back without receiving return authorization.
To request a return, contact support@sugarnaiart.com within 30 days of delivery.
16. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the affected product.
Once we verify that the issue resulted from a manufacturing defect, fulfillment error, or shipping damage, we will offer:
- 100% Refund: A full refund of the affected product, including applicable shipping charges as required by law.
- Free Replacement: A replacement product at no additional product or shipping cost.

17. What if I ordered the wrong nail size?
If you accidentally selected the wrong nail size, this is generally not considered a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error.
We cannot guarantee a free replacement or refund for customer sizing mistakes. However, our support team can help you determine the correct size and may offer a discount coupon toward a replacement order when available and approved.

18. What if my package is missing?
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please first review your tracking information. You may also contact the shipping carrier for an update.

19. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your approved return has been received and inspected, or an eligible issue has been verified without requiring a physical return, we will notify you of the refund decision.
Approved refunds are generally issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund. Applicable statutory deadlines will be respected.

20. How do I apply press-on nails?

- Select the correct press-on size for each nail.
- Apply a suitable nail adhesive as directed.
- Press each nail firmly into place.
21. How do I safely remove press-on nails?
Avoid pulling or forcing the nails off. Follow the removal instructions for your specific adhesive. Depending on the adhesive, soaking in warm, soapy water or using an appropriate nail removal product may help.
Be gentle to prevent damage to your natural nails.
22. How should I store my press-on nails?
After removing your press-on nails, gently clean away any remaining adhesive when safe to do so. Allow the nails to dry completely and store them in a clean, dry container away from excessive heat and direct sunlight.
