Estimated delivery times depend on your location. While we work closely with our logistics partners to provide accurate delivery information, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Once your order is in transit, carrier delays may occur outside our control.

Shipping Methods & Rates
At SugarNailArt, we strive to provide reliable and affordable shipping options for our customers. Our shipping rates are based on your delivery destination and order value.
United States Shipping
- Standard Shipping: $7.99 – Applies to US orders with an order value under $75.
- Free Standard Shipping: Orders $75+ – Enjoy free standard shipping on eligible US orders of $75 or more.
International Shipping
- Standard International Shipping: $11.99 – A flat shipping fee applies to orders shipped outside the United States.
- International Free Shipping: Free shipping is currently not available for international orders, regardless of order value.
For US orders, free shipping eligibility is calculated based on the order value according to the conditions displayed at checkout. International standard shipping remains $11.99 regardless of the order amount.
All applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Made-to-Order Products
All items offered on SugarNailArt are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we prepare each item specifically for you to ensure the best quality.
While a portion of our products is produced at our US facilities, we also work with trusted suppliers worldwide to offer a wider variety of products. We carefully select partners who follow our quality control guidelines and standards.
Shipping Carriers: USPS, UPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services. The carrier may vary depending on your destination.
Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
Processing & Delivery Time
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Each nail set is carefully handmade by experienced nail artists to ensure high-quality results.
- US Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days after processing.
- International Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery times vary by destination, generally ranging from 7–20 business days after processing.
Please note that delivery estimates do not include processing time. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, weather conditions, or unexpected carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, when tracking is available, so you can monitor the status of your shipment.
